PRIVACY POLICY

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the sale of vehicles 

§ 1 Scope of application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Prestige Performance Vehicles GMBH (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the Buyer for the sale of vehicles. 

§ 2. by ordering a vehicle, the buyer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. 2. the contract is concluded when the seller confirms the buyer's order in writing. 

§ 3. the seller has the right to demand a down payment of 15% for vehicles that have been specially manufactured and/or ordered for the buyer.

§ 4 Right of withdrawal 1. the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. 2. if the buyer changes his mind after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired and withdraws from the contract, he is obliged to pay a cancellation fee of 15% of the vehicle value. 

§ 5 Delivery times 1. the delivery times stated in the sales contract are non-binding approximate values. 2. the buyer acknowledges that he is not entitled to a replacement vehicle if the expected delivery time is not met. 3. the buyer is not entitled to monetary compensation if the delivery time is not met. 

§ 6 Consumer rights The statutory provisions for consumers apply. The seller's general terms and conditions correspond to the general legal requirements for consumer contracts. 

§ 7 Final provisions 1. amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing. 2. should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. By signing the purchase contract, the buyer confirms that he has taken note of these General Terms and Conditions and agrees to them. Prestige Performance Vehicles, Am Bahnhof 1B, 86556 in Kühbach.
